1. Are JLM Travel holidays ATOL protected?
Yes. We act as an agent for ATOL holders and all package holidays booked through JLM Travel are fully ATOL protected, which means your money is secure and you’re protected if a travel supplier fails.
2. Are you ABTA members?
Yes. JLM Travel is a proud ABTA member, giving you financial protection and access to ABTA assistance if anything goes wrong.
3. Can I spread the cost of my holiday?
Yes. Many holidays can be booked with a low deposit, and you can spread the cost with interest-free instalments, depending on the tour operator and travel date. Please call or pop in to one of our branches for further details.

7. Do you price-match holidays?
Yes. If you’ve seen the same holiday elsewhere, we’ll try our best to match or beat the price, depending on supplier rules and availability.

9. Do you offer travel insurance?
We do not sell insurance over the counter, however we have access to a a company called Rush Insurance who can arrange comprehensive travel insurance to suit your trip, including medical cover and cancellation protection.
10. What are your opening hours?
Our shop opening hours vary by location, but currently for December are:
Monday–Saturday: 10am–4pm

11. Do you book flights only?
Yes. We can book flights with all major scheduled airlines - please call or pop in to a branch for more details on flight only.

13. What if I need to change or cancel my holiday?
Changes and cancellations depend on the tour operator’s policies. Please call our admin team on 0191 432 7931 (Gateshead).
We will guide you through the process and advise you of any fees before making changes.
