• Company Background
• JLM Travel began trading in June 2004 and is proud to be a member of the Hays Travel Independence Group, part of Hays Travel — the UK’s largest independent travel agency group.
• Our directors have over 60 years of combined experience across all areas of the travel industry, from retail sales to senior management, and remain hands-on members of the team.
• In January 2024, we opened our retail shop in Whickham, Newcastle upon Tyne, alongside our original Gateshead office. Even after nearly 22 years, our focus remains the same:
